SolarAce Techno Enterprise is a Noida-based solar energy solutions company specializing in solar panel installation and complete rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial and industrial customers.

We are building a strong sales and execution team across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR and are looking for an energetic, target-oriented Solar Sales Executive who can help us acquire customers and grow our business.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, contacting potential customers, conducting meetings and site visits, explaining solar solutions, preparing quotations and converting qualified leads into successful solar projects.

This is a field + inside sales role with strong earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales

Generate new residential, commercial and industrial solar leads.
Identify potential customers through field visits, Google Maps, online research, references, networking and other channels.
Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
Understand the customer's electricity consumption, monthly bill and solar requirements.
Explain the benefits, savings and ROI of rooftop solar systems.
Convert leads into site surveys, quotations and confirmed orders.
Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.

Customer Meetings & Site Visits

Visit customer locations for initial discussions and site surveys.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solar solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team for system sizing and project feasibility.
Present solar proposals and quotations professionally.
Handle customer questions regarding installation, warranty, maintenance, subsidy and net metering.

Business Development

Develop relationships with homeowners, businesses, builders, architects, electrical contractors and other potential referral partners.
Generate business through referrals and channel partners.
Identify commercial and industrial opportunities in Noida and Delhi NCR.
Build a strong local network for continuous lead generation.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, site visits, quotations and closures.
Update the company's CRM/Google Sheet on a daily basis.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Track pending follow-ups and ensure no qualified lead is missed.
Coordinate with the operations and installation team after booking.

Daily Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to work with measurable sales KPIs, such as:

40–60 outbound calls/day
20+ meaningful customer conversations/day
5+ qualified leads/day
2–3 customer meetings/site visits/day
Regular quotation follow-ups
Consistent monthly booking targets
Daily CRM updates

Targets will be finalized according to experience and territory.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
Experience in solar, electrical, inverter, battery, construction, real estate or other technical sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
Comfortable using smartphones, Google Maps and online research tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable travelling within Noida/Greater Noida/Delhi NCR.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are especially interested in candidates who:

Have previous solar sales experience.
Understand rooftop solar systems.
Have experience selling B2B or B2C products.
Can independently find and approach potential customers.
Are confident speaking with homeowners, business owners and decision-makers.
Can convert enquiries into actual sales.
Have a strong local network in Noida/Delhi NCR.
