Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Artist & Event Partnerships)

Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating business opportunities and performance slots for our artists through direct field visits.

The candidate will visit clubs, cafés, restaurants, event management companies, hotels, corporate event organisers, wedding/event planners, and other relevant venues to build professional relationships and bring performance opportunities for our artists.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and lead-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Artist Lead Generation

* Visit clubs, cafés, restaurants, hotels, event venues, and event management companies to identify potential business opportunities.

* Approach event organisers, venue managers, café/club owners, and other decision-makers.

* Generate leads and identify opportunities where our artists can perform.

* Pitch our artists and explain their performance capabilities and offerings.

* Secure performance slots, events, and other opportunities for our artists.

2. Lead Management

* Take complete ownership of the leads generated through field visits.

* Maintain proper records of all leads, contacts, discussions, and follow-ups.

* Regularly follow up with prospects until the opportunity is converted or closed.

* Coordinate with the internal team and artists to move confirmed opportunities forward.

* Ensure no potential lead is missed due to delayed or incomplete follow-up.

3. Business Development

* Develop new partnerships with clubs, cafés, event companies, hotels, wedding planners, and other relevant businesses.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with venue owners, managers, event organisers, and decision-makers.

* Identify recurring performance opportunities for our artists.

* Explore new areas and markets to increase the number of available artist performance opportunities.

4. Sales & Target Achievement

* Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.

* Work towards generating a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

* Negotiate professionally with clients/venues regarding performance slots, requirements, and commercial terms.

* Convert qualified leads into confirmed artist bookings/performances.

5. Reporting & Coordination

* Maintain daily updates of field visits, leads generated, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Share regular reports with the reporting manager.

* Coordinate with the artist/production team for confirmed opportunities.

* Collect and share relevant customer/venue feedback with the management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The candidate’s performance will primarily be evaluated on:

* Qualified leads generated

* Number of venue/event partnerships developed

* Performance slots generated for artists

* Lead-to-booking conversion

* Monthly revenue/business generated

* Follow-up and lead-management efficiency

* Number of repeat opportunities generated

* Daily field activity and reporting

* Comfortable with extensive field visits and travelling within the assigned area.

* Previous experience in field sales, business development, event sales, hospitality sales, artist management, or service-based sales will be preferred.

* ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month fixed salary
