Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Training: 1 Month
Training Stipend: ₹5,000/month
After Training: ₹15,000/month + Incentives

Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive who can handle both sales and basic business operations.

Sales Responsibilities

Find potential clients online
Contact businesses through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
Explain Indie Commerce services and packages
Understand client requirements
Follow up with interested prospects
Schedule meetings
Maintain lead details
Assist in converting prospects into clients

Operations Responsibilities

Manage and update client/lead information
Coordinate with clients and the internal team
Follow up on pending tasks
Help manage IndiaMART-related activities
Maintain reports and Google Sheets
Track enquiries and follow-ups
Coordinate project requirements with the team
Ensure regular communication with clients
Assist with basic day-to-day business operations

Training

During the first month, you will receive training in:

Digital Marketing
IndiaMART Management
Sales & Communication
Lead Generation
Client Handling
Basic Business Operations
Our services and packages

Training Stipend: ₹5,000/month

After successful completion of training:

₹15,000/month + Incentives

Requirements

Good communication skills
Basic Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp
Good organisational skills
Willingness to learn
