Accounts Officer

Company: Vinomani Enterprises
Location: R.S. Puram, Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-time

About Us

Vinomani Enterprises is one of the leading distributors and super stockists of baby care, mother care, personal care, and healthcare products in Tamil Nadu. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records accurately.
Record purchase and sales invoices in Tally.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
Prepare GST-related reports and coordinate with auditors.
Reconcile supplier and customer ledgers.
Verify purchase invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and stock-related documents.
Generate MIS reports and monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for financial accuracy.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collection tracking.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a distribution, wholesale, FMCG, or pharmaceutical company.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and ledger reconciliation.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
