Full job description

We are looking for a high-performing MBA student from a reputed/renowned institution to join our team as a Marketing Intern – B2B Lead Generation & Business Development.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious MBA candidate who wants hands-on experience in B2B marketing, customer acquisition, sales, financial services, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in marketing and sales, along with a basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial services.

Eligibility Criteria — Mandatory

Only MBA candidates from reputed/renowned institutions will be considered.
MBA specialization in Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, GST, and ITR is highly preferred.
Candidates must demonstrate a proactive and target-oriented approach.
Prior sales/marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work closely with the business development team to generate and convert B2B leads for our professional accounting and bookkeeping services.

Responsibilities include:

Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across different customer segments.
Develop potential customer lists and conduct market research.
Approach decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Generate business opportunities among:
Apartment associations and residential communities
Schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions
Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs)
Startups and growing businesses
Clinics and professional service organizations
Housing societies and property-related organizations
Other organizations requiring professional accounting support
Understand customer pain points related to bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Present our services and communicate their business value to prospective customers.
Schedule meetings and demonstrations with qualified prospects.
Follow up systematically with prospects and support lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Work toward defined lead-generation and customer-acquisition targets.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to the management team.
Assist in developing B2B marketing strategies and customer-acquisition campaigns.

The intern will be involved in marketing and lead generation for services including:

Professional bookkeeping services
Accounting and financial record maintenance
GST compliance and related services
Income Tax Return (ITR) filing
Tax filing and compliance support
Accounts payable and receivable management
Payroll and accounting support
Financial reporting
Outsourced accounting services
Other business accounting and taxation solutions
