Power BI Developer

Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Remote
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Flexibility Required)
Mandatory: Evaluation Sheet Required

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization, with hands-on experience integrating enterprise data platforms and modern cloud-based analytics solutions.

The candidate should be capable of designing scalable reporting solutions, building high-performance dashboards, implementing data governance standards, and working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Build scalable and optimized Power BI solutions for large and complex datasets.
Develop advanced DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and custom business logic.
Optimize report performance, data refresh processes, report rendering, and query execution.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace management, and access control mechanisms.
Establish data governance standards and ensure compliance with security best practices.
Integrate Power BI with cloud and data platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
Develop and manage Power BI Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Dataflow solutions.
Design robust data models using Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Dimensional Modeling techniques.
Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and related technologies.
Consume and integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Participate in development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
Ensure accurate implementation of requirements through thorough unit testing and validation.

Ability to independently interpret user stories and proactively seek clarifications when needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for data analytics, continuous learning, and innovation.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
