Role description

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and deploy customized business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse, and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft PowerApps
Build and manage workflows using Power Automate
Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and third-party APIs
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Develop reusable components and maintain app performance
Troubleshoot issues and provide support for deployed applications
Ensure applications follow governance, security, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, QA)
Participate in code reviews and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

4–7 years of overall IT experience
2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform
Strong knowledge of:
- PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Flows)
- SharePoint Online / Lists
- Dataverse (CDS)
Experience in REST APIs, JSON, and connectors
Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for customization)
Familiarity with Azure services is a plus
Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Power BI integration
Exposure to AI Builder or Copilot Studio
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Behavioral Competencies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
