Job Responsibilities / Duties

Design graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Edit and produce engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and websites.
Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video projects.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual content (color schemes, typography, logos, style guides).
Shoot and capture video and photo content as needed (where applicable).
Edit raw footage into polished final cuts, including color correction, audio syncing, and adding music or voiceovers.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Stay current with design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices.
Organize and maintain a library of design assets, project files, and footage.
Prepare files in correct formats and specifications for various platforms and print vendors.
Incorporate feedback and revise work to meet stakeholder expectations.

Common Requirements (optional add-on)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects); experience with Canva, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work.
Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time-management and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
