Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the ConstruWX team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that strengthen our brand identity, support marketing campaigns, promote events, and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, and social media design while maintaining a professional and modern design approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create event posters, brochures, flyers, certificates, and presentation materials.
- Develop creative visual content for competitions, webinars, conferences, and training programs.
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, and email marketing creatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and management teams to develop engaging campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.
- Create infographics and data-driven visual content related to the construction industry.
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in social media content design.
- Ability to create professional marketing and promotional materials.
- Knowledge of branding and visual communication principles.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
- Experience working with construction, engineering, architecture, education, or technology-related brands is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
