5–7 years of experience in Packaging / Production operations with shift-handling responsibility
- Plan and execute packaging activities as per monthly production plans and inspection schedules.
- Deploy manpower effectively based on shift workload and packaging requirements.
- Monitor production orders, confirm job execution, and ensure on‑time package completion.
- Plan activities considering space availability and readiness for upcoming orders.
Coordinate piping, wiring, and overall package readiness as per drawings and customer requirements.

- Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs for shop‑floor personnel.
