Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Automation Tester with strong expertise in UI test automation using modern tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Core Java, Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG, along with a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Core Java
- Perform UI automation testing using Selenium and Playwright
- Develop and execute test cases using TestNG / JUnit frameworks
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint activities
- Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Java programming
- Extensive experience with Selenium and Playwright
- Proficiency in TestNG / JUnit frameworks for test execution and management
- Good understanding of QA methodologies and Agile workflow
- Solid knowledge of automation testing concepts and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
