Full job description

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design (50%)

Design engaging social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) that reflect the brand's mystical-yet-scientific identity.
Create marketing collateral: brochures, flyers, eBook covers, workshop banners, and presentation decks.
Develop infographics that simplify complex concepts (e.g., OCEAN personality model, nine intelligences, chakra systems).
Maintain and evolve the Karma Code Living brand visual identity (color palette, typography, iconography).
Design assets for the KCL True Scan report interface and client dashboards.

AI Video Editing (40%)

Edit and produce short-form videos (reels, shorts, TikToks) and long-form content (workshop recordings, interviews, testimonials).
Use AI video tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Descript, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly video) to create dynamic visual effects, text-to-video clips, and AI avatars for explainer content.
Add motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, subtitles, and AI-generated voiceovers.
Create animated explainer videos for the KCL True Scan process and meditation practices.
Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, durations, captions).

Collaboration & Asset Management (10%)

Work with the content team to storyboard video scripts and design concepts.
Manage and organize a library of raw footage, graphics, templates, and brand assets.
Stay updated on the latest AI design and video editing tools to improve efficiency and creativity.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:CategorySkillsGraphic DesignProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva (advanced) + FigmaVideo EditingProficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCutAI Video ToolsHands-on experience with at least two: Runway ML, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Descript, Synthesia, ElevenLabs (voice), or Adobe Firefly videoMotion GraphicsBasic to intermediate After Effects or similar motion toolsDesign SenseStrong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and brandingStorytellingAbility to turn abstract spiritual/scientific concepts into clear visual narrativesTime ManagementAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesGood-to-Have:

Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D)
Knowledge of astrology, chakras, meditation, or Gardner’s multiple intelligences
Basic copywriting or scriptwriting skills
Experience creating educational or ed-tech content
