Position: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Location: Kukatpally
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship
Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of job portals and social networking platforms.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
