Job Title: SEO Specialist

Location: Kochi
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and optimizing websites for better performance across search engines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
Manage backlink building activities and outreach campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in SEO.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Looker Studio.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website optimization principles.
Experience in local SEO and international SEO is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with eCommerce websites and lead-generation campaigns.
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
Google Analytics or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
