Position: Project Manager – Web Development

Experience: 5+ Years
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Key Skills Required

Proven experience in managing end-to-end web development projects.
Strong understanding of CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
Good knowledge of Full Stack Development and modern web technologies.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Ability to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
Experience in leading, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to developers and designers.
Strong project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of multiple web development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, requirement clarification, and regular project updates.
Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Lead and guide development teams on CMS and Full Stack projects, providing technical direction whenever required.
Create project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and track project progress.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Identify project risks, resolve escalations, and proactively address challenges.
Conduct regular status meetings and ensure clear communication across teams and clients.
Oversee task distribution, team productivity, and successful project delivery.
Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
