Full job description

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead for Elite Talkers AI Platform
Company: Elite Talkers
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Delhi-NCR preferred
Role Type: Full-time / Project-based to full-time
Min Exp - 3 yrs

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong full-stack developer who can take ownership of our current project and help us build a scalable AI learning platform. The developer should be comfortable working with the existing WordPress/PHP/SQL setup, but should also be capable of recommending and implementing better solutions when required.

Required Skills:
Strong PHP development experience.
Strong WordPress custom development experience.
Good knowledge of MySQL / SQL database design.
Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
Ability to integrate frontend UI into PHP/WordPress templates.
Experience with custom plugins, custom post types, user roles, and WordPress hooks.
Experience with API integration.
Experience with authentication and role-based access control.
Ability to debug existing code and improve performance.
Understanding of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Basic Git/version-control knowledge.
Strongly Preferred Skills:
Experience with React or Next.js.
Experience with Laravel or Node.js.
Experience with OpenAI or other AI API integrations.
Experience with PDF generation.
Experience with WhatsApp Business API or providers like WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, Gupshup, etc.
Experience with email automation.
Experience building dashboards, admin panels, or SaaS products.
Experience with security best practices.
Ability to guide architecture decisions.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
