Job Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to business owners, decision-makers, and company directors across India.
Generate qualified leads for CRM software, Mobile App Development, and Custom Software Development services.
Understand client requirements and identify business challenges.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales or technical teams.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in CRM.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

1+ year experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior management.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Experience selling IT services, CRM software, SaaS products, websites, or mobile apps will be preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of business software and technology solutions is a plus.
