About Us

We are a dynamic team of young engineers, domain experts, and seasoned sales professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for complex challenges in Signal Processing. Our expertise spans the cutting-edge technologies in Signal Processing, addressing critical needs in the Defence and Aerospace sectors. Our offerings encompass a wide range of solutions, from tactical radios and radar systems to extensive research and mission-critical applications.

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Field Applications Engineer – Sales to support our sales and business development teams. This role involves customer interaction, technical solutioning, proposal drafting, and onsite demonstrations. The position includes travel across India and abroad, collaborating with both clients and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical needs.
Assist in solution architecture, draft technical proposals, and prepare presentations.
Support the sales team during client visits, requirement discussions, and proposal finalization.
Coordinate and set up technical demonstrations with internal teams for clients and trade shows.
Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) applications to demonstrate solution feasibility.
Participate in technical discussions with customers to support the sales process.
Provide feedback from the field to internal teams to improve products and offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a technical liaison.
Support post-sales activities where necessary, ensuring smooth project transitions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Defence or Aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of RF systems, signal processing, and test and evaluation workflows.
Domain knowledge in RF sensors, including Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Data Links/Radios.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required for client visits and demonstrations.

Permanent full-time position located at our Hyderabad office, with regular on-site visits to clients and vendor locations.
