Executive Driver cum / Personal Assistant to Director

We are looking for a reliable, professional, trustworthy, and well-organised Driver cum Secretary / Personal Assistant to the Director.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and professional transportation to the Director while also assisting with day-to-day administrative, coordination, and personal office responsibilities.

This is a position of trust and responsibility, and we are looking for someone who is dependable, discreet, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential matters professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Transportation

Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation to the Director.
Drive the Director to meetings, school, business appointments, events, and other required destinations.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at appointments.
Handle basic vehicle-related requirements such as servicing, fuel, documentation, and maintenance coordination.
Follow all traffic and safety regulations.

Secretary / Personal Assistant Responsibilities

Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with phone calls, messages, emails, documents, and routine correspondence.
Coordinate meetings and appointments as required.
Maintain and organise important documents and records.
Assist with basic office administration and follow-up tasks.
Coordinate with school staff, vendors, visitors, and external contacts when required.
Carry out errands and other official assignments entrusted by the Director.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's personal, professional, and institutional matters.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly trustworthy and dependable
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
Well-mannered and professionally presented
Good at communication and coordination
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, MS Office, and basic computer applications
Able to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
Flexible with working hours when required
Respectful of privacy and confidentiality
Calm, mature, and capable of handling responsibilities independently

Requirements

Valid Driving Licence appropriate for the vehicle being driven.
3+ years of professional driving experience preferred.
Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
Basic English communication skills required.
Candidates from Kerala preferred.
