Full job description

Practical Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions in SAP, Tally Prime, and MS Office with a strong focus on practical business applications.

SAP Training: Train students in SAP ERP/S4 HANA fundamentals, including FICO, MM, or SD modules, ledger posting, vendor/customer management, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
Tally Prime Training: Provide practical training on company creation, ledger management, voucher entries, inventory, GST, TDS, payroll, and accounting reports.
MS Office Training: Conduct practical sessions on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, including advanced Excel functions, data analysis, documentation, and presentations.
Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, case studies, exercises, and lab manuals based on current industry requirements.
Student Assessment: Conduct practical tests, evaluate assignments, monitor student performance, and provide regular feedback.
Project Guidance: Guide students in practical projects related to accounting, taxation, ERP operations, data management, and business reporting.
Lab Management: Ensure all required software and systems are properly installed, configured, and maintained for practical sessions.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic software and system-related issues during lab sessions and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Student Discipline & Attendance: Maintain proper attendance, discipline, and professional standards during lab sessions.
Industry Readiness: Help students develop practical skills required for employment in accounting, ERP, and office administration roles.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com
BCA / MCA
B.Sc. IT / relevant IT qualification
Relevant certifications in SAP, Tally Prime, or Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.

Required SkillsSAP

Basic to advanced knowledge of SAP ERP/S4 HANA.
Knowledge of SAP FICO/MM/SD preferred.
Ledger posting and financial transactions.
Vendor and customer management.
Purchase orders and procurement processes.
Financial reporting and basic ERP operations.

Tally Prime

Company creation and configuration.
Ledger and group creation.
Voucher entry and accounting transactions.
Inventory management.
GST calculation and reporting.
TDS and payroll configuration.
Financial statements and accounting reports.

MS Office

MS Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF and logical formulas, data analysis, charts, and reporting.
MS Word: Professional formatting, document preparation, tables, mail merge, and page setup.
MS PowerPoint: Professional presentation creation, formatting, animations, and presentation design.

Experience

1–3+ years of experience as a Lab Faculty, Lab Instructor, Computer Trainer, SAP/Tally Trainer, or similar role.
Experience in an educational institution, training centre, vocational institute, or corporate training environment is preferred.
Practical industry experience in accounting, bookkeeping, ERP operations, or office administration will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

SAP End-User / Consultant Certification
Tally Certified Professional / Tally Prime Certification
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
