About Eduport

Eduport is an EdTech company focused on building impactful solutions for the education sector. We are looking for energetic and target-driven B2B Marketing Managers / Marketing Associates to expand our institutional network and build strong partnerships with schools and educational organizations.

Job Summary

As a B2B Marketing Manager / Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for driving institutional outreach, generating qualified leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

This is a field-oriented B2B marketing role that requires regular interaction with schools, coaching centres, and other educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to expand Eduport's institutional presence.
Identify and build a database of potential schools, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
Conduct regular school visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with key decision-makers.
Connect with school management, principals, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders.
Generate qualified B2B leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and other outreach activities.
Present Eduport's products, services, and partnership opportunities to prospective institutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools and educational organizations.
Drive institutional tie-ups, partnerships, and business opportunities from lead generation to closure.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales/marketing pipeline.
Track daily visits, calls, meetings, leads, conversions, and other marketing activities.
Prepare regular reports on outreach, lead generation, and partnership progress.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion across assigned locations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of institutional partnerships.

Requirements

1–10 years of experience in EdTech, school sales, B2B marketing, institutional marketing, business development, or a related field.
Prior experience in school/institutional sales or partnership development will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, institutional tie-ups, or B2B business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and field marketing activities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to independently manage prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and field activities.
Good understanding of the education ecosystem and local market will be an advantage.
