Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Fullstack Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development, with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Nest.js. This role is ideal for someone who can lead development teams, make architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality project delivery while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical depth, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and Nest.js
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality development standards
Architect backend and frontend systems for performance, scalability, and security
Manage and coordinate development tasks across the team
Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time
Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and technical estimations
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
Ensure proper documentation of architecture, codebase, and development processes
Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management in English
