Job Title: Research Analyst – Email Marketing

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra (Treza Business Hub, Bengaluru–Mumbai Hwy, near Bitwise Tower)
Work Type: Work from Home (Office reporting at Treza Business Hub as required)
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our Email Marketing and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for freshers eager to build a career in research, marketing, and data‑driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and perform data analysis to support business decisions.
Prepare research reports and insights for marketing and sales teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide strategic inputs.
Work on live projects to enhance analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Maintain and update campaign spreadsheets to track performance metrics.
Assist in email marketing campaigns and digital communication initiatives.

Education Requirements

BCA / BBA / MCA
Diploma / Engineering (Computer Science / IT)
UG: B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Management, Business Analytics, Administration, Marketing, Computer Application
B.Sc in Information Technology (IT)

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Google Sheets
Familiarity with Emails and Calendar tools
Knowledge of tracking systems (e.g., Pivot tables, Filters)
Ability to conduct online research
Interest in Email Marketing and Digital Communication
