Full job description

Profile: Java Fullstack Developer

Skills: Java, React, Spring Boot, TypeScript. SQL

Experience: 5+ Years

Working Hours: 3-4 hours per day (Between 9 PM IST to 2 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday To Friday

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to build secure, resilient, and scalable digital services and UI experiences for the Private Bank Credit business. You’ll work across modern Java back-end services and React front-end applications, to build out a brand-new application in a fast paced, enterprise environment, while mentoring a junior development team.

To be successful as a Full Stack Developer, you should have:

Proven full stack experience delivering production systems with Java (preferably 17/21), React (preferably 16+) or Angular, and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST, secure software engineering, and relational databases (SQL).
Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing across layers, and containerisation/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

Some other highly valued skills may include:

Experience with domain‑driven design, event sourcing, and distributed systems patterns.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise integration platforms.
Familiarity with SonarQube/quality gates, feature flags, and progressive delivery, as well as message queues/streaming (e.g., Kafka).
Experience with financial services applications.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, communication skills and interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders, as well as job-specific technical skills.
