QC Engineer – Extrusion Screw/Barrel

Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 to 40, 000 PM
Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional, hardness, and surface finish inspections.
Conduct in-process and final inspections as per drawings.
Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
Coordinate with Production for correction of rejected components.
Maintain quality records, traceability, and calibration status.
Support ISO quality system implementation and audits.
Monitor rejection trends and support quality improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards before dispatch.
