Full job description

What You'll Do

Conduct backend technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-

free platform

Assess candidates' coding skills, system design thinking, technical knowledge,

communication, and problem-solving approach

Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate's performance

Help refine interview content and processes over time

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5+ years of professional backend development experience (strict

requirement — applications below 5 years will not be considered)

Strong hands-on backend coding experience in one or more of: Java, Python

Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, and API/system

design

Immediate availability to join — candidates with notice periods will be deprioritized

Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with a professional, candidate-

friendly manner

A reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection

Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a plus

100% remote — work from anywhere

• Flexible hours — choose a commitment that suits you (40 hours minimum per week)
