Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Salesforce- DevOps
A Salesforce Dev Ops role focuses on ensuring the smooth deployment, operation, and maintenance of FSL solutions. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role

Proficiency in Salesforce DX for managing and deploying Salesforce applications

Understanding of Apex programming and Visualforce for custom development
-
Strong with Salesforce Command Line Interface (CLI) for automation and scripting
-
Good knowledge of Salesforce Metadata API for deploying and managing metadata
-
Experience with version control – with Azure, specifically for managing Salesforce code and metadata
-
Skills in managing different Salesforce environments (e.g., sandboxes, production) and understanding of change sets and deployment processes
-
Understanding of security best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
-
Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect
-
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, which prevents them from leveraging Salesforce platform services for deployment, versioning, code scanning, and other essential functionalities.
-
Develop, implement, and maintain continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development processes in a high volume, mission-critical environment using Azure DevOps (ADO)
-
Building, maintaining and upgrading the deployment platforms as well as system infrastructure with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or ARM templets or PowerShell is a must

Experience with Automated Build Testing, Pipeline Templates, Git Repositories and PowerShell are required

Design & build messaging & event-driven architectures to support large-scale programs/projects

Utilize your expertise in Java EE, APIs, .Net, Cloud Platforms Programming, SQL server, Automation, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Understanding of Microsoft systems and the ability to perform end-to-end automation with tools such as Terraform, Azure Automation, Azure CLI, Azure biceps, Ansible, and PowerShell

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, applying strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to influence the adoption of new technologies within the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, driving innovation and efficient use of resources.

Act as a technical coach, sharing your expertise in Agile methodologies and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!

BE/ B Tech/ MCA / M Tech or equivalent

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including FSL, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Knowledge of CI/CD tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of the Salesforce platform

Relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
-
Proficiency in ANT Migration / Salesforce DX for managing and deploying Salesforce applications.

Understanding of Apex programming and Visualforce for custom development.

Strong with Salesforce Command Line Interface (CLI) for automation and scripting.

Good knowledge of Salesforce Metadata API for deploying and managing metadata.

Work in an Agile framework to identify and automate solutions that result in enhanced developer experience and increased developer productivity.

Knowledge on SaaS and PaaS, Storage, Distributed Cache Cluster and Azure Administration
