Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the architecture and interior design segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through architects, interior designers, contractors and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up on leads, quotations and ongoing projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new projects and market opportunities.
Coordinate with design, operations and management teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client/project records.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in architecture, interior design, building materials, furniture, modular kitchens, construction or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the architecture/interior design market.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.

Key Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
