Full job description

INFINIUM PHARMACHEM LIMITED is an NSE Listed, well known Pharmaceutical APIs & Intermediates manufacturing company since 2003.

We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Admin Head for the Company.

Position: Admin Head

Job Location: - Sojitra, Anand, Gujarat. (Plant)

Experience: Must have 7 to 10 years (preferred in chemical or pharma industry)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

MBA/PGDM preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall administration operations of the manufacturing site.
Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, and maintenance activities.
Handle office infrastructure, assets, and facility management.
Manage vendor selection, negotiation, AMC renewals, and service contracts.
Ensure timely procurement of factory supplies and maintain inventory records.
Monitor utility expenses and optimize administrative costs.
Maintain factory discipline, safety, and workplace standards.
Support statutory and compliance-related administrative documentation.
Coordinate event management, meetings and guest handling.
Maintain company records, agreements, and administrative records.
Handle corporate communication with external agencies and service providers.
Ensure smooth functioning of company vehicles and transport arrangements.
Prepare administrative reports and MIS as required by management.
Lead and manage the administration team effectively.
