Full job description

Role : Digital Product Visual Designer (UX-Focused Visual Designer)

Experience : 5 to 7+ years

Job Location : India (Remote / Hybrid), Base Location - Noida (Delhi, NCR)

Discipline : Experience Design / Visual Design

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong digital product design expertisefocused on websites, portals, and mobile applications.

Experience in B2B or business applications is a strong advantage

Candidates from advertising, branding, or pure graphic design backgrounds without solid product design experience are not a fit for this role

Profiles that primarily identify as Brand Designer or Graphic Designer will not be considered

We are looking for designers who identify themselves as Digital Product Designers first, where product design is their core specializationnot a secondary skill.

If your portfolio or profile does not clearly lead with digital product design work, this role may not be the right fit

Mandatory Requirement: It is mandatory to add your digital product design portfolio link at the top of the first page of your resume. Submissions without a portfolio showcasing relevant product design work will not be reviewed.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Production Designer with strong UX foundations who specializes in visual design. This role focuses on applying UX strategy through UI using hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and systems to create clear, scalable digital experiences.

This is not a purely executional or pixel-pushing role. Were looking for a designer who understands why a design works, not just how it lookssomeone who sees visual design as applied UX thinking.

Youll work within established design systems, collaborate closely with engineers, and help ensure that UX intent carries through to high-quality, production-ready UI across a range of industries and platforms.

What Youll Do :

Apply UX Thinking Through Visual Design :

- Translate UX strategy, user flows, and wireframes into structured, intuitive UI

- Use hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color intentionally

- Identify usability gaps and solve them through design

- Balance usability, accessibility, and brand expression.

Design Systems & Figma Excellence :

- Work within scalable design systems using components, variants, and tokens

- Maintain consistency across products and platforms

- Use modern Figma practices: auto-layout, variables, component properties, Dev Mode

Prototyping & Interaction :

- Build interactive prototypes to communicate flows and states

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using prototypes

- Apply motion/interaction patterns where relevant

Production Quality & Collaboration :

- Ensure high-quality, production-ready design output

- Design for responsiveness and accessibility

- Collaborate closely with engineers for seamless handoff

Reporting & Growth :

- Reports to Senior Designers with direction from Art Director and Creative Director

Growth opportunities into :

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 7+ years in UX/UI or Digital Product Design

- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.

Expertise in:

- Layout and grid systems

- Typography and hierarchy

- Color theory and contrast

- Hands-on experience with design systems at scale

- Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, variables/tokens, Dev Mode)

- Experience in prototyping and interaction design

- Strong attention to detail and production quality

- Portfolio showcasing UX-driven digital product design work

Nice to Have :

- Motion/animation (micro-interactions, transitions)

- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools

- Experience in enterprise/B2B platforms.

Ways of Working :

- Collaborate with distributed global teams

- Work asynchronously with clear communication

- Participate in design reviews and system discussions

- Stay adaptable to evolving tools and processes

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
