Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to drive corporate business and revenue for the hotel. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in corporate sales within the hotel/hospitality or event industry, with strong client-handling and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, companies, and key decision-makers.
Generate new corporate business through sales calls, meetings, networking, and market visits.
Handle and grow the hotel's existing corporate accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote hotel rooms, banquets, conferences, and other services.
Coordinate with the Events, Front Office, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and proposals and convert them into confirmed business.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and corporate business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, client visits, enquiries, and conversions.
Ensure excellent client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales in a Hotel, Hospitality, or Event company.
Candidates with proven experience handling corporate accounts and hotel/event business will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the Chandigarh / Tricity corporate market will be an advantage.
Target-oriented, confident, and proactive approach.
Strong client relationship and networking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates currently working in hotel corporate sales, hospitality sales, banquet/event sales, or corporate event sales with a strong corporate client network are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
