We’re Hiring: Commis II (Continental & Bakery) Fiori Artisanal Studio & Cafe Fiori ✨

At Fiori Artisanal, we are a premium, from-scratch dessert kitchen and café focused on European cuisine, conscious sourcing, and refined craftsmanship. As we grow, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our kitchen team.

Position: Commis II

Departments:

Continental Kitchen
Bakery & Pastry Kitchen

Location: Bangalore (Thubarahalli & Whitefield)

What You’ll Do:

Assist in daily kitchen operations and mise en place
Execute recipes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
Support in preparation of breads, desserts, and plated dishes (based on department)
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Work closely with senior chefs to improve techniques and skills
Contribute to a positive, disciplined, and collaborative kitchen environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

0–2 years of kitchen experience (Continental or Bakery/Pastry)
Strong interest in European cuisine and artisanal baking
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
