Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
Manage and coordinate social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop and maintain content calendars in coordination with the creative and brand teams.
Conduct market, competitor, audience, and trend research to identify content and marketing opportunities.
Assist with the execution and monitoring of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant metrics and insights.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, influencers, and brand managers to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Assist with influencer marketing campaigns, including research, coordination, and performance tracking.
Support SEO activities such as keyword research, content optimization, and basic website audits.
Monitor website and social media analytics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that all client deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain regular communication with internal teams and assist in client coordination when required.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal English.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with an ability to understand campaign performance and data.
Creative thinking and a strong understanding of social media trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides is preferred.
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant certifications or internships in digital marketing will be preferred.
Freshers with strong knowledge and genuine interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
