About the Role
Saburi Ply is looking for a HR Executive to join our HR team at the Chinar Park Head Office.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist and HR Administrative functions, with hands-on exposure to attendance management, leave management, payroll inputs, employee records and day-to-day HR operations.
The candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working with employees across functions and locations, and have good working knowledge of Excel.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee personal and employment records.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Monitor attendance regularisation, late coming, absenteeism and leave balances.
- Prepare and maintain monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, deductions, new joiners and exits.
- Coordinate with the payroll team/accounts team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee files, joining documents and HR records.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, salary and basic HR policies.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee databases and HR trackers.
- Coordinate exit formalities, documentation and clearance processes.
- Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.
HR Generalist Activities
- Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement and internal HR activities.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related matters.
- Support performance appraisal and other periodic HR processes.
- Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance-related HR records.
- Coordinate with different departments for employee-related documentation and requirements.
- Provide general HR support to employees and management as required.
HR MIS & Excel
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly HR MIS.
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee master and payroll-related trackers.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for HR reporting and data management.
- Perform basic data analysis, sorting, filtering, lookups and report preparation.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations/HR Administration.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Should be organised, responsible and capable of handling multiple HR activities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS/HRIS software, payroll software or attendance management systems will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, building materials, FMCG, retail or other non-IT organisations will be preferred.
