About the Role
Arobit is looking for a creative, technology-driven AI Video Creator & Editor who can combine professional video editing, storytelling and modern Generative AI tools to create engaging, high-quality video content.
This is not a conventional video editing role. We are looking for someone who can use AI as part of the complete creative workflow—from research and ideation to script development, AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, editing and final content delivery.
You will create content for Arobit, its brands and client projects across technology, digital marketing and business-focused industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for marketing and digital platforms.
- Produce Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, explainer videos and branded content.
- Transform scripts, concepts and creative briefs into engaging visual stories.
- Use AI tools to research ideas, develop concepts and support script creation.
- Generate AI-powered visuals, video sequences, B-roll, voiceovers and creative elements where required.
- Edit raw footage and AI-generated assets into polished final videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music and other relevant visual elements.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Create platform-specific versions of content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Content, Design and Marketing teams.
- Contribute creative concepts, hooks and video ideas based on current trends and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple video projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain proper organization of project files, source footage and creative assets.
- Continuously research and experiment with new AI video tools and creative workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve production quality, creativity and turnaround time through AI.

Required Video Editing Skills

- Experience creating short-form vertical videos.
- Ability to transform an idea or script into a compelling visual story.
- Understanding of captions, subtitles, music, sound effects and transitions.
- Ability to combine real footage with AI-generated visual elements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of current social media content trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- AI-assisted explainer videos.
- Long-form video editing and repurposing.
- Multiple platform-specific content versions.
Production targets will be planned based on project requirements, complexity and available source material rather than applying one fixed number to every type of video.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
