ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Intelligence Expert you will assist the practice and its clients with intelligence and information-technology solutions that improve operations and overall profitability — at the altitude where those solutions break and get fixed.
The primary responsibility is monitoring the complex load processes and acknowledging or troubleshooting the errors: ETL layers, scheduling chains, reporting pipelines — with mandatory SQL, PL/SQL, Linux, shell scripting, ETL knowledge and incident handling in your hands. Teradata, DataStage, Python, scheduling and reporting tooling are the working grain of the week.
Good analytical and problem-solving skill must be paired with communication that serves users — addressing concerns immediately, providing clear and regular updates, and multitasking well under pressure. The expert holds the standard; the estate holds the practice’s numbers.
