Job Description – CS Trainee (executive both group cleared)

Position: CS Trainee
Department: Secretarial & Compliance
Experience: Fresher /-0-6 months
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Patna, Bihar

Job Summary

We are looking for a CS Trainee who is interested in developing practical experience in ROC Compliance, Companies Act, Corporate Secretarial Work, and Legal Drafting. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior professionals and assist in handling statutory and regulatory requirements of companies.

Key Responsibilities

ROC & Secretarial Compliance Work

· Assist in preparation and filing of various ROC/MCA forms.

· Assist in annual compliance and event-based filings of companies.

· Work on forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-12, PAS-3, ADT-1, INC-20A, MSME-1, DPT-3, etc.

· Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers.

· Track ROC filing deadlines and compliance status.

· Assist in preparing documents and attachments required for MCA filings.

· Coordinate with clients for collection of required documents and information.

· Assist in preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board and General Meetings.

· Assist in maintaining statutory registers and corporate records.

· Assist senior professionals in handling routine corporate secretarial matters.

Legal Drafting

· Assist in drafting Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions, Notices, Minutes, Declarations, Undertakings, Affidavits, Agreements, and corporate letters.

· Assist in drafting replies to ROC/MCA notices and queries.

· Prepare professional correspondence for clients and regulatory authorities.

· Review documents for basic legal and statutory compliance.

Client Coordination & Documentation

· Communicate with clients for required documents and information.

· Maintain proper records of client documents and compliance files.

· Follow up on pending documents, signatures, DSCs, and statutory filings.

· Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Pursuing CS Executive both group cleared / CS Professional pursing

· Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.

· Understanding of ROC/MCA compliance will be preferred.

· Good legal drafting and documentation skills.

· Good command of MS Word and MS Excel.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Good research and analytical ability.

· Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under the guidance of senior Company Secretaries

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per hour
