Job Title: Product Manager – Pre-Sales
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: More than 1 Year

About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Manager – Pre-Sales to support our taxation and compliance technology solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, sales teams, and product teams by understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and showcasing how our solutions address taxation and compliance challenges.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong taxation background who are interested in technology-driven solutions and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

Participate in pre-sales discussions and client requirement gathering.
Understand customer business processes and identify suitable product solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for taxation and compliance software products.
Explain product features, functionalities, and business benefits to prospective clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

Sales & Stakeholder Support

Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and product evaluations.
Address functional queries related to taxation, compliance processes, and product capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated.

Product & Process Improvement

Coordinate between product, technical, and sales teams for smooth implementation of client requirements.
Provide functional insights and user feedback to product teams for product enhancements.
Stay updated on changes in Indian taxation laws and compliance requirements to support product positioning and improvements.

Client Engagement

Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Participate in seminars, workshops, industry events, and client meetings as required.
Travel within and outside Nagpur for business meetings and product demonstrations (2–3 times per month).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

CA Inter Qualified (Mandatory)

Experience

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Taxation, Compliance, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Product Support, or a similar role.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Indian Taxation Laws, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related compliance processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in tax technology, automation, and digital compliance solutions.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as required for business activities.
