Job Title: Cook Cum Office Boy

Location: Cuncolim, Goa
Company: MAV Associates LLP

Job Summary

MAV Associates LLP is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Cook Cum Office Boy to manage daily cooking requirements and provide general office support. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare hygienic meals, maintain cleanliness, and assist with routine office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCooking Duties

Prepare breakfast, lunch, tea/snacks, and other meals as required.
Ensure food is cooked hygienically and served on time.
Plan and manage kitchen supplies, groceries, and inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
Store food items properly and follow food safety standards.
Wash and maintain cooking utensils and kitchen equipment.

Office Support Duties

Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and common areas.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Assist with purchasing office supplies and pantry items.
Run local errands, including bank visits, courier dispatches, and material collection if required.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Ensure meeting rooms and office facilities are well-maintained.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cook, Office Boy, or in a similar role.
Knowledge of basic Indian cooking and food hygiene practices.
Ability to multitask and manage both kitchen and office responsibilities efficiently.
Honest, punctual, and well-disciplined.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and willing to perform housekeeping and support duties.
Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, Konkani, or English will be an advantage.
