Job Title: 6G TIG & MIG Welder
Location: Nacharam, Hyderabad
Department: Production / Manufacturing/Fabrication
Experience: 4–5 Years
Industry: Engineering Industry, Manufacturing of Vacuum Pumps

Job Summary:

Kakati Karshak Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and experienced 6G TIG & MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work as per technical drawings and ensuring strong, defect-free joints.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform 6G TIG and MIG welding on various metals such as stainless steel, mild steel
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
Set up welding machines and select appropriate materials and tools
Ensure proper alignment and fit-up before welding
Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
Carry out grinding, finishing, and rework if required
Maintain safety standards and follow company welding procedures
Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in TIG & MIG welding techniques
Ability to read technical drawings and welding specifications
Knowledge of welding safety practices
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Basic knowledge of fabrication processes

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field preferred

Salary:

based on experience and skill level

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work in shifts if required
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
