Role Description The Office Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dehradun, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves managing day-to-day office administration, including maintaining records, organizing files, handling correspondence, and supporting routine operational activities. The Office Executive will coordinate with internal teams and external customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure professional and timely communication. Responsibilities include assisting with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice tracking, and supporting documentation for financial processes. The role also involves scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, preparing simple reports, and supporting management with administrative assistance to keep office operations efficient and well-organized.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage records, documentation, scheduling, and general office operations.
Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills for handling invoices, expense entries, and supporting financial documentation.
Candidates should have proficiency with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email), along with good typing and data entry skills.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
