organization Members Club is looking for an experienced, polished and passionate Head of Wellness to lead and elevate the wellness experience for our members.
This is an exciting opportunity for a wellness professional who understands that luxury wellness goes beyond treatments and facilities. It is about creating personalized experiences, understanding individual preferences, maintaining exceptional standards and building lasting relationships with discerning members.
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational knowledge, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for wellness, fitness, recovery and holistic wellbeing, combined with the service standards expected within a luxury members’ club.
As Head of Wellness , you will oversee the day-to-day wellness operations while ensuring that every aspect of the member journey is delivered to the highest standards.
You will work closely with leadership and other departments to develop curated wellness experiences, programs, partnerships and activations that enhance the overall organization member experience.
1. Wellness Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee the daily operations of the wellness department and ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain consistently high standards across wellness facilities, treatments, services and member experiences
- Ensure all wellness areas are presented impeccably and operate in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain SOPs, service standards and operational procedures
- Monitor team performance, service quality and member satisfaction
- Ensure appropriate coordination between Wellness, F&B, Events, Front Office and other Club departments
- Manage member requests, feedback and service recovery professionally
2. Member Experience & Personalized Wellness
- Build strong relationships with members and understand their wellness preferences and expectations
- Deliver a highly personalized and discreet wellness experience
- Support the development of individualized wellness journeys and recommendations
- Anticipate member needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with member information and preferences
- Create a welcoming, professional and engaging environment for members and guests
3. Wellness Programs & Experiences
- Develop and coordinate a calendar of wellness experiences, workshops, classes and member activations
- Identify emerging wellness trends and bring relevant concepts to the Club
- Work with internal teams and external wellness experts to curate unique member experiences
- Coordinate visiting practitioners, specialists, instructors and wellness partners
- Develop collaborations with premium wellness, fitness, beauty and lifestyle brands
- Support the creation of exclusive wellness experiences for organization members
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate and develop the wellness team
- Establish clear service expectations and performance standards
- Conduct regular team briefings, training and coaching sessions
- Ensure team members demonstrate excellent grooming, etiquette, communication and service standards
- Manage staffing, schedules and operational requirements effectively
- Create a culture focused on professionalism, teamwork, discretion and exceptional member service
5. Commercial & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to increase wellness participation, member engagement and revenue
- Develop ideas for new wellness services, programs and experiences
- Explore strategic partnerships with premium wellness, fitness, beauty and lifestyle brands
- Monitor departmental performance and provide regular updates to leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cost-control initiatives
- Track member engagement, utilization and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in wellness, spa, fitness, luxury hospitality or a premium members’ club environment
- Previous experience in a Head of Wellness , Spa Manager, Wellness Director or similar leadership role
- Experience working with HNI/UHNI members, VIPs or discerning clientele will be highly valued
- Strong knowledge of luxury wellness, fitness, recovery and holistic wellbeing concepts
- Excellent operational and team-management skills
- Strong commercial awareness with an ability to identify new opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-management abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, maturity and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to remain calm, composed and professional in a demanding luxury environment
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- A genuine passion for wellness and creating exceptional member experiences
