Role 1: Inside Sales & Telemarketing Executive

Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated Telemarketing Executive to drive our inside sales operations. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating leads and setting up opportunities for our field sales team.

Core Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Reach out to corporate clients and retail buyers daily.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers for computer hardware and software.
Appointment Setting: Schedule face-to-face meetings for the field sales team.
Database Management: Maintain clean records of calls, follow-ups, and client feedback.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls and web inquiries regarding product pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Fluent and persuasive speaking skills in English and the local language.
Tech Literacy: Basic understanding of computers, laptops, software licenses, and IT terms.
Phone Etiquette: Professional, polite, and confident phone presence.
Experience: 0–2 years in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales.

Role 2: Field Sales Executive -Two-wheeler with valid license is a must

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to handle direct, face-to-face outdoor sales. You will visit businesses, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales for our entire range of computer hardware and software products.

Core Responsibilities

Client Visits: Travel locally to meet IT managers, business owners, and purchasing departments.
Product Demos: Present and explain hardware specifications and software features in person.
Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, prepare commercial proposals, and finalize orders.
Market Expansion: Build a strong local network to increase corporate and retail sales.
Payment Collection: Coordinate with clients for timely payments and delivery confirmations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and a personal two-wheeler for daily travel.
Sales Drive: Confident negotiator with a proven track record of meeting outdoor sales targets.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer parts, servers, networking devices, and software setups.
Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience (experience in the IT/hardware sector is highly preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
