Sales Executive – Artist Management & Events

Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview

1 Million Entertainment is looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, connecting with event planners, wedding planners, corporates, venues, and brands, and promoting our roster of artists and entertainment services.

If you have strong communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and are excited about the events and entertainment industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and referrals.
Pitch artists, emcees, singers, DJs, live bands, and entertainment services to potential clients.
Build relationships with wedding planners, event management companies, venues, corporates, and brands.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and artist presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and partnership prospects.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Event Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in client meetings and negotiations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
Passion for events, entertainment, and artist management.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in the events, wedding, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
Existing network of event planners, wedding planners, corporates, or venue partners.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
