We connect talented artists with premium events, concerts, weddings, corporate shows, and entertainment experiences. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Artist Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Overview

The Artist Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities by promoting and booking artists for various events and entertainment projects. The role involves client acquisition, artist pitching, negotiation, relationship management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and excellent networking abilities within the entertainment and events industry.

Key Responsibilities

Artist Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell artists for weddings, corporate events, concerts, private parties, brand activations, and live shows.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, references, and market research.
Identify potential clients, event agencies, corporates, and promoters for artist bookings.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, production houses, and corporate partners.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable artists as per event needs and budget.
Ensure excellent client servicing and timely communication.

Artist Pitching & Booking

Present artist profiles, performance concepts, and pricing proposals to clients.
Coordinate artist availability, schedules, and booking confirmations.
Handle end-to-end booking processes from inquiry to final execution.

Negotiation & Contract Management

Negotiate performance fees, terms, and agreements with clients and vendors.
Coordinate contracts, advance payments, and commercial discussions professionally.

Coordination & Event Support

Work closely with artist managers, event planners, and operations teams for seamless event execution.
Assist in managing event logistics related to artist performances.

Revenue & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, booking updates, and revenue forecasts.
Develop strategies to increase artist bookings and company revenue.

Industry Networking

Maintain strong industry connections with event organizers, wedding planners, venue partners, and entertainment agencies.
Stay updated with entertainment trends, artist demand, and market opportunities.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, artist booking, event management, entertainment, or a related field.

Skills

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
