HOUSEHOLD & OFFICE MANAGER

Full-Time | Vasant Vihar & Gurgaon

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Household & Office Manager to manage the day-to-day functioning of a private residence in Vasant Vihar as well as an office in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, well-spoken, professional and capable of independently managing staff, vendors, maintenance and administrative responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and supervise household staff, drivers and support staff, including schedules, attendance and day-to-day responsibilities.
Oversee the overall functioning and upkeep of the residence, including housekeeping, supplies, repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and technicians for plumbing, electrical, AC, appliances, carpentry, pest control and general repairs.
Manage household and office expenses, maintain records and monitor budgets.
Oversee cars and drivers, including servicing, repairs, insurance, PUC and maintenance.
Manage the Gurgaon office's day-to-day administration and maintenance, including coordinating repairs, vendors and office requirements.
Handle bank visits, document collection, deliveries and other administrative/field tasks as required.
Assist with organising dinners, events and other family or office requirements.
Maintain records and reports using Excel, Word and Email.
Take ownership of tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Graduate from a recognised college/university.
5+ years of relevant experience in household management, office administration, facilities, hospitality, operations or a similar role.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable managing staff, vendors, budgets and multiple responsibilities independently.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email.
Mature, trustworthy, discreet and professional.
Comfortable working in both a private residence and professional office environment.

LOCATION & TRAVEL

Residence: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
Office: Gurgaon

Must be comfortable travelling between the two locations as required.
Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred.
Transport/travel expenses can be discussed for candidates without their own vehicle.
Flexibility regarding working hours when required.

Salary depending on experience and suitability.
