Job Summary:
The Senior Executive – Dispatch is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods/materials to customers and distributors. The role involves handling dispatch documentation, transporter coordination, inventory movement, and maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for dispatch planning
- Prepare dispatch-related documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter documents
- Ensure accurate loading and dispatch of materials/products
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely deliveries
- Monitor shipment status and resolve dispatch-related issues
- Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs
- Verify packing, labeling, and quantity before dispatch
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status
- Ensure proper utilization of warehouse and dispatch manpower
- Support periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP/Tally systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Basic knowledge of GST, e-way bill, and transport compliance
- Problem-solving and time management skills
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations
Preferred Industry:
· Manufacturing / FMCG / Food Processing / Retail / Logistics
Working Conditions:
- Factory environment
- May require shift coordination and handling urgent dispatch schedule
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
