Work Order Management:Creating detailed work orders that clearly outline the necessary repairs for technicians to perform.
Parts Management:Ordering necessary parts from suppliers and ensuring their timely delivery to the technicians.
Communication and Coordination:Maintaining clear communication with both customers and technicians, keeping the customer informed of the progress and any changes to the initial plan.
Quality Assurance:Ensuring that the work performed meets the required quality standards and addressing any customer complaints or concerns.
Billing and Payment:Preparing invoices for completed services and collecting payments from customers.
Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate customer records and service history in the dealership's system.
