Role Overview:
As Sundew continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Sales to lead our global sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen our presence across international markets.
This role requires a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in B2B IT Services and Digital Transformation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-value enterprise relationships, driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and leading a high-performing global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute the organization's global sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
Identify emerging market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline across target geographies.

2. Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
Develop relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers across global enterprises.
Drive strategic sales initiatives for Digital Transformation, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and Product Engineering services.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.

3. Revenue & Pipeline Management
Own sales targets, revenue forecasts, and overall business performance.
Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.
Establish sales governance, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards.
Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

4. Account Management & Customer Success
Strengthen relationships with key clients to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure exceptional customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.

5. Leadership & Team Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
Develop scalable sales processes and best practices.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to achieve business goals.

6. Market Intelligence & Strategic Partnerships
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customers need to refine sales strategies.
Build strategic alliances with technology partners, consulting firms, and industry associations.
Represent Sundew at global conferences, client meetings, and industry events.

Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership within the IT Services, Digital Transformation, SaaS, or Technology Consulting industry.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution sales, enterprise account management, and strategic negotiations.
Demonstrated experience selling to North American, European, Middle Eastern, and APAC markets.
Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and Product Engineering services.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered marketing, CRM, and automation platforms.
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
