Job Title: Systems Development Executive (MIS & Automation)

Location: Sovabazar, Kolkata

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in software development, systems development, MIS automation, or related roles

The Systems Development Executive will play a key role in designing, building, maintaining, and improving these systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Systems Development Executive who combines software development skills with systems thinking.

The role involves:

Building internal applications
Developing MIS dashboards
Creating workflow automation
Connecting systems through APIs
Supporting operational intelligence
Designing scalable digital infrastructure

The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems through technology and can work across the full stack when required.

Key Responsibilities

A. Internal Systems Development

Design and develop internal operational systems.
Build dashboards and tracking platforms.
Create tools that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
Translate operational requirements into functional software solutions.

B. Full Stack Development

Develop and maintain applications using modern technologies.

Expected areas of proficiency include:

C. Database Design & Management
